This enormous shopping centre at the sea end of Diagonal is obviously trying hard to be parent-friendly. They have located all the shops related to children (toys, clothes etc) on one floor (-1). There are shopping trolleys you can borrow that have baby seats or sit-on 'cars' for toddlers which is a great idea. At each end of the centre there are moving ramps instead of escalators so that the trolleys or your buggy can get from one floor to the next - these are a better bet than the lifts, which are always busy with people taking their Al Campo supermarket shopping to the car parks below the centre. There is also an unsupervised children's play area, so one person can watch the children playing while the other/s dash around the shops. All the usual chains are here; Zara, Mango, Fnac, Decathlon, Media Markt and there is a large 'Al Campo' supermarket too. I'm not a huge fan of shopping centres (or shopping in general) but I think this place is doing it's best. I always find the loos difficult to locate, but maybe that's just me.
