For train and Thomas lovers

This is great fun for kids and adults. For approx £12 you can have your own little train compartment and ride on the Thomas the Tank engine steam train. There are many events on this railway which runs a service from Loughborogh to Leicester. They run family events such as a Santa special train, plus elegant dining for adults only, Halloween trains, etc. We took our son to see Thomas. The staff were friendly and the train ride was short, so very manageable with small children.

The engines can get quite noisy. If you have children who are scared of trains, loud noises, then please don't take them. Unfortunately our son does not cope well with loud noises, and the only part he enjoyed was sitting on the train in a cosy compartment rather than meeting Thomas to have his photo taken. I couldn't agree with him more!
