In a lovely old Victorian Building once famous for holding boxing matches (stil does sometimes). They do swimming lessons for ALL ages check for details. There is also a cresh on certain days/times. The SPA is lovely too if you get the chance though not cheap. Watch the websitd for 2 for 1 offers http://www.spa-london.org/home.asp
